Job Summary: ACI Limited, a leading conglomerate in Bangladesh, is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. / Sales Officers to join its successful Dulux Paints division. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share for Dulux Paints across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dulux Paints products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Area Sales Manager.
  • Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG, paints, or chemical industries.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
