Job Summary: Ajman University’s College of Humanities and Sciences is seeking an Assistant/Associate Professor in Applied Mathematics to begin in the Spring semester of 2024-2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver courses, adhering to university standards for teaching, research, and service.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
  • Organize instructional resources, course outlines, and community networks.
  • Seek innovative teaching methods and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on research and co-curricular activities.
  • Support accreditation initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. from a reputable university.
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience in a credit hour system.
  • Publications in Scopus-indexed journals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong presentation skills.
