Job Summary:

bKash Ltd., a leading mobile financial services provider in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as Banking Partnership & Operations Manager. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, driving business growth, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Proactively reach out to existing and new banks to broaden relationships and deepen wallet share.
    • Negotiate and finalize legal agreements and SLAs with partner banks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to implement and launch new banking partnerships.
    • Drive service marketing and promotional campaigns through bank channels.
    • Acquire, retain, and manage banked customers who perform transactions between bKash and banks.
  • Operations Management:
    • Monitor and track transaction volumes and ensure effective transaction migration to banking channels.
    • Monitor portfolio health through daily reporting and data analysis.
    • Collaborate with product, service operations, and technology teams to implement and troubleshoot issues.
    • Coordinate and resolve reconciliation, payments, and other administrative issues with partner banks.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration:
    • Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., product, technology, finance).
    • Participate in regular meetings, performance reviews, and development sessions.
  • Risk & Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and bKash’s Code of Conduct.
    • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Business graduate from any recognized university (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Banking industry or Corporate Client Management.
  • Strong understanding of the banking sector, financial regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
