Job Summary: HARD Group is seeking experienced Branch Managers to oversee program implementation, operations, staff, finances, and stakeholder relations in various locations across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Implementation:
- Oversee program and project delivery.
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Monitor and evaluate program progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate on new program development.
Operations Management:
- Manage daily branch office operations.
- Develop and manage the office budget.
- Ensure policy and compliance adherence.
- Handle procurement.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and lead branch staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development.
- Ensure adequate resources and training for staff.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Financial Management:
- Manage finances according to budget and organizational strategy.
- Assist with financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Track spending.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders (government, community leaders, donors, other NGOs).
- Represent the organization at community events.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
Monitoring, Reporting, and Evaluation:
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact.
- Provide regular reports on program progress, finances, and issues.
- Ensure data collection and documentation.
Safety and Security:
- Ensure staff and beneficiary safety.
- Implement and enforce security protocols.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree.
- At least 4 years of experience, including 3-5 years in a managerial/leadership role in an NGO or similar sector (hospital, agro-based firms, research organization, fisheries, hatchery).
- Experience in managing projects, budgets, and teams.
- Experience in community development, humanitarian work, or program management.
