Job Summary: One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Colleague Housing Coordinator to manage employee housing, create a welcoming environment, and organize colleague events.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to colleague accommodation requests.
  • Liaise with HR to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
  • Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance repairs.
  • Conduct daily checks of colleague rooms and public areas (offices, laundry, restrooms, training room, common areas).
  • Communicate, conduct room inspections, and report any damage.
  • Ensure a comfortable, welcoming, and safe living experience.
  • Ensure deep cleaning programs are carried out.
  • Collect, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Communicate and enforce emergency procedures.
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly inventories.
  • Ensure proper handover at the end of each shift.
  • Manage cleaning chemicals, equipment, and linen.
  • Plan and execute colleague events and special projects.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.
