Job Summary: RFL Group, a leading manufacturer in Bangladesh, seeks a highly qualified and experienced Manager (Maintenance) to oversee and optimize production operations at its Battery Production facility in Habiganj. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all production equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for all production equipment.
  • Oversee all maintenance activities, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Supervise the maintenance team and ensure their effective performance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of spare parts and consumables.
  • Develop and train maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 4-7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles within a manufacturing environment (preferably in the battery, electronics, or related industries).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with PLC, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
