Job Summary: Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is seeking experienced and skilled Service Experts to join its growing service network. As a Service Expert – Refrigerator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality after-sales service to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the brand reputation of Walton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct installation, repair, and maintenance of Walton refrigerators.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in refrigerators.
  • Perform warranty services and emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on refrigerator usage and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
  • Comply with all service standards and company policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in refrigerator repair and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning principles.
