Job Summary: Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., a leading electronics and home appliances manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Project & System Development to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of key projects within the organization, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and improve project management methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma principles (5S, Kaizen, SMED, DMAIC).
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) from a reputed university.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
